Services

Our services can be initiated by a referral from your primary physician or perhaps a general otolaryngologist, or some patients choose to contact us directly.

The NYU Voice Center is a collaborative effort to treat patients with a variety of communication and swallowing problems, providing state-of-the-art evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders affecting the throat and esophagus. Some of our patients’ most common complaints are:

  • Chronic Cough
  • Hoarseness
  • Swallowing Dysfunction
  • Benign Growths and Cancerous Tumors
  • Vocal Cord Paralysis
  • Gastroesophageal Reflux
  • External Factors (such as allergies or inhaled toxins)
  • Injuries Related to Overuse and Misuse
