Neurofibromatosis Center
Led by Jeffrey C. Allen, M. D., Director of the our Pediatric Neuro-oncology Program, J. Thomas Roland, Jr., M.D. Director of Otology and Neurotology in the Department of Otolaryngology and Co-director of the NYU Cochlear Implant Program and Dr. John Golfinos, Associate Professor of Neurosurgery, we will be developing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary programs for both pediatric and adult patients for the hereditary conditions, Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) and Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2).
This new multidisciplinary Neurofibromatosis Center at NYU Langone Medical Center and the Stephen D. Hassenfeld Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders has been launched through generous awards from the NYU Langone Medical Center and Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF).
